The house is located in a quiet residential area of Nerja some 400 metres from Burriana Beach and 15 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa.
Burriana Beach has developed over the last two years and is now almost self-contained from the main town, providing fine "al fresco" cuisine ie Italian, Continental, Chinese and the famous "Ayo" for paella, whilst still retaining the seclusion associated with this area.
Should you wish to walk into the town there is a newly built coastal path that takes you to the old part of Nerja in a leisurely 15 minutes walk, where you will be rewarded, especially at weekends, with the atmosphere of the Spanish families from babies to Grandmother promenading around the church and Balcon de Europa.
For those not inclined to walk or drive there is an hourly bus service to the heart of Nerja (present cost 90 cents) directly behind the complex. Taxis are plentiful in the town and the cost presently is 5 euros anywhere within Nerja.Weekly change of bedlinen/towels etc are included in the rental costs.
Portable fans and heaters are provided. Changeover days:In season Saturday.
Off season flexible changeover subject to availability. Please note that a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
Balance payable six weeks prior to departure.
5% discount given if two consecutive weeks are booked.
